How do I book Memphis Train Revue? How do I book Memphis Train Revue?
The first step is to check the band's pricing and availability by clicking the “Get a Quote” button on the left side of any page on our website. This will take you to a form where you can provide basic information about your event. The form is then sent to the band's manager, Mark Grossman, who will contact you promptly with pricing and availability information. Memphis Train Revue uses a “hold” system to manage our calendar. This means that any interested party may establish a “hold” which gives them priority over any subsequent inquiries, but leaves them subject to prior inquiries. If you determine that you are ready to book, we will clear any prior holds and collect the necessary information to draft a contract. Once the holds are cleared, we will send you the contract. We will answer any questions you have about the contract and, once everything is to your satisfaction, we ask you to sign and return the contract with a non-refundable “Calendaring Fee” which reserves the date for your event. When we receive the contract and the Calendaring Fee, we will sign the contract and return a copy to you for your records and confirm receipt of the Calendaring Fee. » |
