Do you need a deposit?

We ask for a nonrefundable payment equal to 50% of the total fee to be returned to us with the signed contract. We call this the “Calendaring Fee” because it is given in exchange for us taking the date off the calendar. Once the date has been removed from play, there is no way to determine how many engagements we may have lost and, as a result, this fee is nonrefundable if you cancel.
